I love the Y. As they say: “It’s not just a gym.” It is a community that provides exceptional programs and opportunities for low income families. It truly expands your heart to see what good the Y does for Black Achievers, cancer survivors, low income families and many others.
There are programs available for everyone and any level of fitness or condition. The trainers and facilities are exceptional. And the staff, you couldn’t ask for nicer more caring and genuine people.

everyone is so nice and friendly. the facility is always clean.
i use the pool for lap swimming. My only complaint is the 10 am water arobics class comes in very early (yesterday it was 9:15) and want to take over one or two of the lanes. That makes it difficult for lap swimmers who have to double up. It seems like they could wait until at least 9:45 since all they seem to be doing is standing in the pool talking. It would be nice if those of us who are actually using the lanes could finish our swim. The posted schedule shows all lanes are open for lap swimming until 10 a.m.
