Great water aerobic classes. A nice employee showed us how to use all of the equipment. Have not taken classes yet, but plan on getting into yoga perhaps. Always friendly and ready to help

I enjoy Group classes. I prefer some classes more than others, but all classes and instructors are great.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Weightlifting, lap swimming, warm pool are my family’s favorites. The staff at the Kids’ Corner make it a really fun childcare time.

The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly. I like how there is a variety of equipment to use, programs to participate in, and the environment is very welcoming.

The instructors class participants and front desk people. Theresa, the person who cleans and takes such good care of the women’s locker room is a Star! She works so hard and takes great pride in her work.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the variety of classes offered. For one who is starting back to the gym after a pause, I can find less strenuous classes and work up to more difficult ones as I regain my stamina.
