What do you like about our programs and activities?

There are many activities, classes and events for seniors. My favorite thing is the warm/heated pool for me to continue independentlydoing my physical therapy exercises in. (I had hoped when the YMCA opened in Hamburg that they would have a warm water pool as well.)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like Josette's Tuesday/Thursday yoga class and Monika's Friday mat pilates class.

I would very much like to see another mat Pilates class taught by Monika on Mondays or Wednesdays as well. I look forward to this class every week and feel I'd get even more satisfaction if it were twice a week.
