Weight room, walking track and the pool
The hours are great and the staff pleasant and helpful.
I love the group classes and variety of options.
I know that it is a challenge with Covid right now , however added more classes to the schedule would be awesome.
TRX, Functional fitness, spin, cycle and sculpt,
Are all great.
I’m not as exposed to these programs and or activities.
During the pandemic the facility has always been kept clean and as a result I have no concern about my ability to workout and stay safe.

Great water classes. Instructors Great! Front desk people Always pleasant and eager to help.
I miss not having more water classes, and difficult to get in them due to size requirements, but hope this Covid stuff settles down soon!

During Covid, I am only using the swimming pools, and I do my individual fitness routine. Prior to Covid, I attended different classes stay in shape, and I liked all of them. My favorite was the Deepwater aquatic exercising. I wish that one would return.
Clean, friendly, accessible
I like to have access to lap lanes in the swimming pool.

The classes are really weighted with different exercises which are beneficial. I like Functional Fitness and Hi Low. I also use the track. I do Kettle Bell class at another facility. Thanks. Jean
