What do you like about our programs and activities?

The facilities are always clean. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and effective. Shout out to Ruth (senior classes) and Dorraine (yoga). The atmosphere is welcoming and that translates into member interaction which provides a social outlet too.

Pilates instructors, Nicole, Pam, Sheila. Michelle. Nancy.

Clean. Many classes. Nice pool.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the programs however most seem to be in the day when I’m working. And I’ve taken pilates reformer but I can’t afford that twice a week and paying gym fee. It’s too pricey

I love the inclusivity, the amazing quality of all of the teachers, and the environment always feels welcoming. This location always feels clean and well kept. I will always recommend this Y to anyone and everyone!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The staff is AMAZING! So helpful and encouraging. I love the accessibility for people of all ages & abilities. Hours of operation are very accommodating. The facility is clean and inviting. I would encourage anyone to join the YMCAof Central KY community.
