The service is professional , caring and my dog loves going there, he cries when we pull up because he is so anxious to get inside. The staff is amazing and they treat the dogs as if they are theirs. I love the ability to watch the dogs on web cam it’s quite entertaining and it builds trust with the facility. Dogtopia Arlington Heights is simply amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

My dog is new to daycare, so I was watching on the webcam, and was very pleased to see how he was eased into being around other dogs.

One thing, though-if it wasn't for COVID I wouldn't mention it, but one of the coaches was blowing bubbles for the dogs. Any other time I would think it's a great idea, but she pushed down her mask in order to exhale, which counteracts any effects of wearing a mask.

It was our first day there. They took Baylee and were very good with her being nervous and introduced her to the other puppies. I was able to watch her through the window until I felt comfortable to leave her there for a few hours so she gets comfortable herself. I was able to watch her make friends and have a great time on the web cam. Upon returning, when they brought her out to me she didn’t want to go. She turned and scratched at the door wanting to go back and play. Baylee is a German Shorthair Pointer. They have tons on energy to burn. And that she did. She slept most of the night lol

Duke has a blast every time he goes to dogtopia. They have fun events for pups and make take-home projects that you can show off at home. The staff are always so friendly and you can see how much they love all the pups.

I love how I can see my pup all throughout the day through the cameras. The facility is clean, and you can tell the individuals working there love dogs. I also appreciate their hours.

GOSH, When Nox attends daycare I know he is loved and cared for.He gets to play and get energy out and socialize.I feel like my pup is actually being watched and helped to be the best dog ever.The staff is so kind and informative as well.The facility is always clean and they have tons of fun activities.

Staff is friendly and caring! They understand how dogs socialize and take time to properly introduce them to a new social setting. The facility is clean and safe. I love that they have special days throughout the month like Santa photo day and bacon treat day. I also love that they support veterans and donate to help them get a service animal! I’m very impressed and feel so good leaving my dogs there knowing they’re being well taken care of!

The team at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights is awesome! They have done a lot to help us get our high energy puppy the development that he needs to successfully socialize with other dogs. We started working with them recently and their instruction is already making a meaningful impact!

From the moment I walked in for a meet and greet i felt this was the place for my dog. The staff genuinely cares about the well being of my dog. I really like how they work with the dogs and are always making sure they are safe and having fun.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All positive interaction with dogs. Really like the attitude of staff and cleanliness of facility. Safety is also a high priority.

I think the rooms are a bit too small for number of dogs in them. Shy dogs can be overly stressed because there is no place for them to escape until they are ready to engage with the other dogs.

Everyone there is so nice and our dog, Harley seems so excited to be there every time we drop him off! I love that they have cameras so I can see that he is safe and having fun too!

I thought they were a very caring group that went above and beyond to help calm my dogs fears. The facility was extremely clean and I’m looking forward to bringing my puppy back later this week to get him used to playing with dogs.
