we love dogtopia!

The facility is very clean. The staff is very professional. You can see they really care about the dogs.

I like that there is always someone in the playroom with the dogs and the coaches seem to have really good and relaxed energy. I also love that I can follow along on the webcam, and the whole place looks so clean. I wish I would get more information about how Cabi is doing. When I ask at pickup, I'm told she is doing great and that's wonderful. But some details would be nice, also without having to ask. :) Sometimes I feel like there are too many dogs in a playroom (over 15), it looks very crowded, but then I am not a professional obviously and maybe this is mostly in the transition period with ADH. All in all, I feel really good about bringing Cabi there. She seems to like it once she is in the room with her friends and it is a great outlet for her young dog energy. Thank you!!

I like that you make sure the dogs are suited to your environment. That you make sure they are comfortable.and that you take time to explain things.

I love that I get to watch my dog on the camera. It’s also lovely how quick drop off/pick up is, and not having to take off her collar and/or harness is huge!

We have only been once, but with the limited time, the experience has been excellent. First off, Catherine was incredibly thoughtful and took the initiative to fit me in for a last-minute meet-and-greet appointment. Everyone else I met there was equally knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-kept, and I know Gemma will love it as soon as she feels more comfortable with her very first day care place.

We love everything!Nox feels so comfortable at his school.They offer so many fun activites I can not easily offer him.They take lovely photos.Making sure he is safe is also their priority.The facility is always super clean as well.I'm so happy for him to be able to learn dog manners from other dogs and coaches.I feel like daycare gives him such a great boost of mental stimulation.Dogs deserve only the best.He loves everyone there.

I love the Dogtopia of Arlington Heights team! They manage to create a bond with every single dog at the daycare, and to keep their families informed. They continually provide fun events or activities at daycare! There is also excellent trust between the team and the families due to the webcams, and how often they keep you updated on how your pup is doing! 10/10 recommendation from me!

The day care is very good.

I like the people who watch the dogs. But I wish the Toybox did not have large dogs like bull dogs. Other dogs are much smaller.

From the very first visit, we knew our pup would be happy and loved at Dogtopia! We wanted a way for our puppy to be in new environments, play well with others and make friends, and gain some more independence. After only a few days at daycare, our dog has been doing great and loves daycare with all his friends! The facilities are clean and spacious. Every time we call, the person anyone who answers is friendly, patient, and helpful. The app is also super easy to use, and they make drop-off and pick-up a breeze. 10 out of 10!

My dog jumps in the car when he hears we are going to Dogtopia! Staff is very caring and affectionate as well as professional. Facility is clean and I get to watch my pup whenever I want remotely by using their APP.

Dogtopia is amazing!! I'm thrilled to have found a great place where I can confidently leave my puppy. I love that Dogtopia has considered everything including where my pup steps to educating staff about dog behaviors.
