Dogtopia is awesome! My dog came home so happy after his first full day. Everyone there is very skilled and kind to the dogs. I love that I can watch my pup on the cameras! They provided me so much info and a tour to make me feel comfortable with leaving my dog in their care. I hope to try out the boarding services at some point. My pup loves his playtime and didn’t want to go home!

The service is amazing! My dog is well cared for and happily exhausted when he returns from a day at dogtopia. If I ever have a question, it is answered promptly with a customer first attitude no matter who I talk to. The special events make the place feel festive and welcoming.

I like the daycare program because it includes the webcam and seems to be flexible.

I love that I can watch my dog on the cameras, that there’s an outdoor area and that the staff goes out of their way to remember me and my dog’s names.

The facility is beautiful. You would never know there were dozens of dogs being housed there. The staff are so kind and loving towards the pets. The rooms are immaculate. There are always plenty of staff onboard engaging the pets and keeping everything sanitary and clean.

The app with the webcam is a big plus! I love seeing my pet playing with others and looking happy! This is a first class operation dedicated to loving and caring for our pets!

1)We boarded our two dogs for a 4 night stay. On the first day Tilly spent the entire day by the door to the gym barking. I witnessed this every time I checked the webcam. Plus my daughter watched the webcam for most of the day and saw that no one comforted Tilly or gave her any attention until finally one person did at the end of the day.
2) Both dogs came home with pink eye and kennel cough. They are both being treated by our vet. Tilly is definitely more sick than Ruby. I imagine this is because she was so stressed.
3) I asked to have both dogs bathed before we picked them up. This did not happen. Once the perfume spray wore off the dogs smell horrible. However now I realize not getting bathed was probably a good thing as they were already stressed and getting sick.

Love seeing my dog through the video camera and watch her play with other dogs . Very clean environment was very important.

Dogtopia makes me feel completely at ease when my dog is there. I feel confident they keep the dogs safe and well taken care of. I love that I can peep in on the playrooms to see if my dog is behaving herself!

Very friendly staff and feel very comfortable having my dog Riley stay for daycare and for boarding. Very easy going and always takes reservation even if it is last minute. Love that it is close by to where we live.

My fur baby loves her days at Dogtopia! She is so excited when she knows we are on the way to see her friends. The staff are friendly, caring and responsive to all communications. There are fun activities planned throughout the month.

Love the cameras and saw my dog, Harley interacting one on one with one of the employees because there were no other dogs there to play with. She sat on the floor with him face to face, it was very sweet!
