My last service appt was unplanned, my vehicle had some serious engine problems, I crippled it to the shop on a Sunday evening, and asked them for estimate of repair. Engine was bad, not worth repairing. Even though it was bad news they gave me time to make a decision, and even helped me with options on how to dispose of it! Can't say enough positive things about the East-Edmond CBA team. Maintenance and repairs are always on time. I also appreciate the dialog and collaborative decisions concerning cost-effective repairs for my high-mileage vehicle. These guys respect their customers and their checkbooks.

Love this franchise. I used them in Texas and now Oklahoma. Awesome customer service. Always a clean friendly, environment. I will continue to use them for my truck service and highly recommend them.

I really appreciate how professional, polite and friendly they were! Koby and the gentleman that checked me out at the front desk were really sweet. The fact that they have someone to pick up and drop off customers means alot especially now that Ubers are scarce! I will definitely be coming back when need be.

I needed a battery replacement right away. And as is with all battery issues, there wasn't any advance warning. It's not a replacement that an average guy like me can do due to the extra parts that need to be removed, so I took it by CB and they were able to work me in very quickly and let me get back to my busy day with minimal delay. Thanks, guys!
