I enjoy the variety of classes and the sense of inclusion and acceptance. As a senior member, my needs and ability are always addressed and catered for. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable and very welcoming. I thoroughly enjoy every minute I spend at the gym!
The morning aquafit is the only activity I partake in 3x per week (10am).
Excellent instructors.
Just a note that this morning, there was quite a bit of black "dirt" in the shallow end near the ramp. I mentioned it to one of the staff. If a thorough morning check in the pool had been done, this should have been avoided.

The fitness centre is great- LOVE that there is such a wide breadth of equipment!!
Variety
Facilities are decent and hours are good. My bi-weekly payments increased without notification - was not pleased with that.

That it offers a variety of classes and activities and includes Pickellball for Y members.
For me it's all about the fact that you have a deep-water aquafit session which was once available at "the Bob" Y.

Having said that, the premises are bright and clean and it's nice that there are other options (like the library) also available.

I use the pool and I also like the aquifit classes.
Organized, great classes, clean, reasonably priced, great walking track, friendly staff etc.
Love the building because of the amount of light and cleanliness. I enjoy the swimming and Aquafit programs...great teachers. I just started the different Yoga programs and plan on attending a couple of times a week. I have used the walking track when the weather is not great outside. Because of my back my focus has been on the above areas but plan on checking out more programs as my back improves.

I like the staff the best. Everyone is welcoming. There are lots and lots of programs to choose from. Something for absolutely everybody!
Everything
I love the track on the second level. It’s convenient on those cold wintery days when you just can’t walk outside. The library is a relaxing place to read and learn. My son and I often visit the library and read a book or two. My son also has swimming lessons at the pool which he loves.
