Variety
I like the atmosphere of the Y. It has all of the necessary programs such as classes and equipment but the bonus is the pool. It gives the option of classes or lane swimming. Always brought my children there when they were younger and we often went swimming on family night. I am now going to try Yoga in the new year.
Keeps me busy and it's healthy
So far everything has been clean and the equipment has all been great
Recently joined but I like the variety of programs offered as well as the open gym time.
People were very welcoming thus far with the programs as well.

We go to aquafit. The different leaders provide a varied and interesting agenda. Great! The lifeguards who are always professional are also friendly and are responsive if approached. Perfect!

I like the tree house and ninja room. I wish there were more programs tho for 3-5 y/o like karate, soccer, bball
The pool is amazing and so is the staff!!
I am only in the aquatic classes. I can’t afford a full membership. I love the walking track And the Library. It’s so clean and everyone is friendly. My husband does the senior skate at Bostwick through City of London.
Membership: No contracts. No initiation. $20 per 2 wks for weights and cardo. Brilliant idea.
Staff: Friendly and happy. And no one is trying to upsell. Thank-you. Have met Dianna and Tracey. Outstanding.
Facility: Windows. Sun Light. Open. Great job to the designers and builders.
Equipment - Strength Train. Outstanding square footage. Plenty of quality racks and free weights with plenty of toys.
Cardio - Startech is excellent but I go over to Komoka. A little bit of country and I visit with Melanie and the ladies out there a few times a week.

Aquafit
Very organized
Well organized, the kids love child minding, creative learning and swim lessons. Hey look forward to going every week. The staff remember them from week to week. Great experiance!

We love Boswick YMCA since we moved to London few years ago. It’s our most comfort welcoming place to go!
Hours are great, staff are friendly, good variety and availability of fitness equipment.
I enjoy the Aquafit classes. The instructors are great snd they work to engage all class members.
I would like to see more class options later in the day.
