I noticed that even with the more cost than a regular gym, with the use of the pool. The trainer every 6 weeks is better than most gyms and it’s not an added cost so be careful when choosing a gym. If you’re new to workouts you should be a member at the ymca.

The pool is great.
I've never been into strength training, only cardio.
Cam set me up with a number of machines and stretches, some I can do at home.
He explained setup, so it's relatively easy to use equipment.
I just joined the Y and so far I'm enjoying my experience very friendly staff and a clean facility.

I very much like the new YMCA. The pool is beautiful and the change rooms are very clean. I wish the pool had more lap swimming available.

I'm just into my second week however. I find the staff friendly & helpful. I'm looking forward to doing some programs. It's a beautiful facility.

My Husband and I are going there for swim and the walk inside. We like the pool. Water is clean and warm and usually it is just 2 of us on one line. Change rooms are being clean often.
During the winter weather we like to walk inside in safe surface. Keep doing the good job. Thank you.
