I like being able to work with my Trainer Darryl St. Aubin. I like the layout of the gym and the fact it is very inclusive off all people. I like the classes offered and wish I had time to attend more of them.

I only go aquafit and play pickle ball. The aquafit classes are great, all instructors are knowledgeable and make the classes fun, the pool is warm and there are always life guards . The pickle ball is well organized and the volunteers are helpful.
The quality of the instructors is A +. You can tell they put a lot of effort in preparing their workout routine.
Love the wide variety of machines in the fitness centre!

I enjoy the variation of aqua fit instructors. Each day is a little different. The lifeguards are super friendly and very kind. We need more handicap parking spots. For those of us that have a difficult time to walk long distances, it would be great. Great staff all around.
Fitness classes
We absolutely adore the child minding. The guys who run the swimming for Swim and Gym are absolutely excellent - and must be exhausted after class! Mehek (sp?) was absolutely wonderful helping us upgrade our membership and get the kids in swimming lessons. We switched our home branch to Startech because it is a world above Stoney Creek in every way.
