Staff are all so congenial and friendly....I enjoy the Aqua Fit classes with choice of 7 sessions to attend ..and use the spa..... . Working out on equipment upstairs is pleasant as it is not crammed but spacious and accomadating...Paul the manager is down to earth and teaches a few A. F. classes and always makes it fun ....and all the maintenance staff are personable and helpful as well...Great atmosphere at the Y.....I would recommend to anyone ....Suzan Palmer
The Y has classes and activities at various times.
The Y has a very good variety of exercise equipment and knowledgeable people to guide your workouts.
The teacher are very professional & educated for help us to learn better.
I hope YMCA have more program like this…

As someone with a child who is super shy and struggles to do group activities the instructor has made her feel very comfortable with joining the group.
I like the way the teachers approach to the kids.
Reese is amazing! We do private lessons with her and my daughter is finally excited about swimming lessons again!

I like aqua fit, being in the pool and the plus change room with the hot tub

We really like our aquatics instructor, who is competent and kind. I like that it easy to sign up for things online, and even when you run into roadblocks, you can call the front desk and they are so helpful and patient too.

I have only been a member at the Y for a bit more than a year having moved to Sarnia just over 2 years ago. So far, we haven’t signed up for any programs, but my wife and I use the facility a few times every week and we think it is spectacular. We feel we are establishing ourselves in a wholesome, respectful community with friendly staff and established members. The equipment and locker rooms are clean and well maintained and there is always a good assortment of equipment available for use. Having been a member in several other athletic facilities in Toronto and Vancouver over 3 decades, I can honestly say the Y in Sarnia is my favourite place to work out.
I found the instructors to be very knowledgeable and very patient with kids. We all know some kids can be very challenging and can make it very difficult for the other kids in small groups, however the YMCA has proven to be able to deal with this affectively to ensure that every child gets the necessary and proper instruction.
