I loved the ease of reserving space through the app, and so appreciate the steps that CorePower is taking to cap off class size, ensuring that there is plenty of space for students.

The class was hard but rewarding, and I felt accomplished at the end. The instructor, Sally Persons, was excellent. She is an invigorating and encouraging teacher who kept the class interesting and exciting with challenging moves and a great playlist.

I love the CPY workout and the Adams Morgan family. One thing I’ve noticed—the studios and locker rooms have been pretty dirty lately. Otherwise, perfect!

Great instructors, mental health positive, body positive ( avoids talk of toning, burning fat, etc), variety of classes, good schedule and easy to sign up for. Only problem I’ve experienced is sometimes feeling a little sick when the room is too hot in yoga sculpt
