I usually do the C1 or C2 classes. I love the incorporation of traditional yoga into Corepower's flows. The teachers are knowledgeable, use Sanskrit, and encourage holistic wellness. I also love doing yoga in community.

I like how close the Adams Morgan studio is to my house. I like the fact that class packages have no expiration date. I really enjoyed the restorative yoga class this morning and the core power 1 class i took earlier this week. I like that Core Power provides blocks during class and amenities in the bathroom. Everyone was friendly.

CP in AdMo is just so great. I typically go to the classes taught by Sally and Kaia, and it has done so much to improve my physical and mental health. I also think the nature of the exercise is just really good for strength and mobility while staying pretty low impact. 10/10 recommend.

Would like to try Strength X. Also sometimes wish heat were lower for sculpt (and sometimes feel a bit faint)
