CorePower is my absolute favorite workout! I love the Adams Morgan studio and the teachers there create such a positive, welcoming and empowering community. I love having a membership and encourage everyone else to get one too.

I love AdMo CorePower. The classes are at convenient times, the classes are fantastic, abs the instructors are superior. I especially appreciate Kaia and Sally. I’d recommend this studio to anyone, and I do!

Always love the HPF class - love the AdMo studio - space is very large, did not feel cramped at all and the teacher's music was great!
