Brandon! He’s trustworthy! I’ve had Brandon coming to my parents house for years. My mom has dementia but she recognizes him. If I’m at work I have no problem with Brandon exterminating the house and yard. Being able to totally trust someone today is saying a lot about that person.

I appreciated the attention to detail of the person who came to our home. He had on protective gear without being asked to do so. I know the chemicals used are safe, so this was completely for our peace of mind.
I also appreciated someone calling me yesterday to alert me that one of the employees had been tested positive for Covid. I am not worried that anyone in my household contracted the virus.

I was a little disappointed in response from office clerk regarding the payment of my bill. I wanted to pay one year in advance. Technician called office for instructions on how to do this. She quoted that I would have to pay the full annual amount of $440. She corrected this when I questioned about the 5% Discount for "Year In Advance Payment". I ended up paying the discounted rate of $418. OK, however I believe that she should have know that and it not be my responsibility to remind her of your rates. Just thought you ought to know, not good image for company.

But, overall very satisfied with Arrow. You doing my pest control, termite protection and now mosquito control.

The representative was very professional even in the face of my new dog who behaved very unpredictably. I got the dog under control, and the technician was very kind.
