Arrow has been responsive from my first call and every call since. I have had a wonderful experience with service technicians. They were proud to work for Arrow, knowledgeable on their job requirements and thorough with their execution. The mosquito shield they laid does was extremely effective and the internal and external bug control has been totally effective! They were careful to listen to my concerns and addressed them with by applying chemicals to needed areas without hesitation. We have not seen a live bug since they were here! We did find a few dead ones but everything from earwicks to spiders are non existent! I was initially concerned about switching company’s to bond our home against termites but Arrow has made the transition effortless and removed all my concerns about making the switch. I am pleased to be in the care of a company and its people that care for my home just like it was theirs! I look forward to years of quality consistent service from Arrow.
