Jenny listened to what I wanted. My granddaughter had to come with me and Jenny engaged with her as she washed and cut my hair. It’s so nice to not worry about needing to add an extra layer of difficulty to a shampoo and cut.

Emily was great. I had a mix up with the time with my regular stylist . She was able to work me in and gave me a great relaxing shampoo and professional cut. She could have treated it as a one off since I already had a stylist but she took time with me and gave me a great experience.

I love my stylist, Amanda! She is always such a joy to work with. She is kind and professional, and works quickly. I also enjoy the ambiance of the salon. It is calm and laid-back, and the smell is a bonus. It doesn't smell like a normal salon, which I love.

Every experience I’ve had at the Western Plaza Natural Alternatives salon has been very relaxing, high-quality, and wonderful. The Stress Relieving Treatment with VannaDon is a lifesaver! She’s amazing, kind, and highly trained in how to manage someone’s stress levels—so that you walk in stressed and walk out of Natural Alternatives highly relaxed and whole again.
The haircuts with Cory and Erin are beautiful and of the highest Aveda standards. Cory treated my elderly mother like a Queen and Erin seemingly is a mind-reader and somehow knows exactly what you want. This salon is a blessing.
