Recently moved to TN from out of state and wasn't looking forward to trying to find a new salon/stylist after going to the same location for 25 years. So happy to have found Natural Alternatives in Cedar Bluff and most importantly - Kasey. Kasey not only addressed my hair issues but has upped my style! The salon is a little out of the way for me but well worth the trip!

Such a lovely, restful atmosphere, such lovely, intentional employees. Ya'll do a lovely job of welcoming your clients, anticipating and being attentive to their needs, and making us feel invited to come back again. So often, "customer service" seems irritated with their customers - frustrated at having to, well, DO work for the paying customer. The employees at Natural Alternatives have never acted in any way to imply their clients are impositions; rather, Natural Alternatives at Turkey Creek are warm in their demeanor and generous in their service. One of top choices and favorite places to relax.
Both people I worked with were great. The woman who did the initial massage and hair wash was super nice and then Zaya did my cut, he did something a little different with my cut and it was definitely the right call. I love it.
