Natural Alternatives has been a favorite since it's humble beginnings on Carr St. As they've grown, they haven't lost touch with the community that supports them and it is still a joy to visit.

Salon is lovely, has a wonderful aroma, and is peaceful. The employees were very pleasant and offered me Aveda Tea and cookies while I waited for my appointment. My stylist was friendly and did a lovely job on my hair wash and style.

Everyone is so nice and Amanda is so good at coloring and styling.
Perms take a long time, and Kim was so warm and friendly that it flew by. Plus she did a great job with my hair. I left feeling pretty and like I had made a new friend!
Erin OToole is the best at cut and color that I’ve ever experienced. I drive from Franklin to Knoxville to have him cut/color my hair once a month. So talented! So consistent!

A very nice front desk staff member welcomed me, offered me some water, and quickly attended to the paperwork that needed to be completed. This was my first time there, and they put me at ease immediately. I had an appointment with Porter, who is absolutely a hair wizard. He completely transformed the mess my hair was in, and I am so thrilled to have found him. He was also so kind and helpful as I settled into his chair and then as I picked out some shampoo. Great experience.
