I have been very happy with the service that I have received from the gentleman, Dallas, who comes to my home to spray for bugs. He notifies me to let me know it is time to come out to my home and is very nice and takes the time to answer all my questions.

It WORKS!!! and we love our "bug man" Cody. he is so kind, sweet and helpful. he is a wonderful exterminator and you can tell he loves his job. He is a people person. I will be highly disappointed if we ever have to get a new "bug man" as my 4 year old calls him, lol.

The tech is very friendly. He makes sure all is ok whether its outside or I request for him to check areas in the house. The staff is wondering from the office staff to the technicians. Terminex is one of the best services available here in the south.
