Derrick listens to my issues and takes action. I was concerned about spiders and mentioned that a neighbor was using small sticky strips to catch additional spiders and asked his opinion. He responded that those would be a nuisance with our dog and he proceeded to treat around all the windows and doors for spiders

Very professional, timely, and accommodating. Very precise, responds to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions. I have no bugs and mosquitoes are kept at a bare minimum. I may get stung once or twice by a mosquito and that's it. For me, that's a great service.
