The men who come to do the centracons check and under the house check are very professional! They inspect your home like it theirs.
Also if you have any issues they are willing to listen and help!!!! I have had Terminx for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with their service.

Your corporate marketing though. They get a 1. Requesting multiple reviews -- we get one every single quarter -- is a bit much. Completing one of these reviews every three months is too much.
