The key to our satisfaction with Terminex is Kim, our service technician. She consistently going above and beyond to find the solution to a problem. She has a keen eye for detail and will observe things at times that we clearly overlooked. She is pleasant, personable, and professional. She is a credit to Terminex and you are very fortunate to have her as an employee.

Every one is so friendly and efficient from the office staff to Jordan the technician who treats our cabin. Jordan goes way beyond just treating for insects. He treats inside and out, brushes down spider webs and lets me know if he sees anything that may need my attention. I have even asked him to check on things for me. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
