I would like to express my satisfaction with the equality of the fumigation services provided. The work has been performed correctly and as expected, I appreciated the professionalism of your team.
However, I kindlly request that future appointments to be honored at the scheduled time. On the day of the last fumigation, the technician arrived approximately 1hour and 30 munutes earlier than the agreed appointment. At that time, I was not yet home, and as a reult, he was unable to access the garage or the house.
I value the service you provided and look forward to continuing with your company. I simply ask that arrival times align with the scheduled appoinments to ensure proper access and coordination .

Over the years vary few companies that I’ve dealt with ‘Walk the talk’. Terminix has always fallowed up on its promises without any prodding on pushing on my part. Who ever hires and trains its employees has done an amazing job as all the Terminix people I’ve met have been outstanding.
They are responsive when we have extra concerns and see that the services are performed in a timely manner. Scheduling is easy and the technician calls if he runs late.
