They are on time. If something happens and they will be late or unable to come they call and work with you to reschedule. If you happen to have a problem they gladly return and work to solve your problem. However, the best thing about Terminix is there guarantee.
I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I've only had one issue where the guy pretended to do the work. I guess he didn't know we have cameras and can see him all around the house. Other than that, I'm very happy.

I have used Terminix for about 15 or so years now. Mike has been our tech all of this time, he is great, a very pleasant and professional individual. He is always on time and gets right work. He always lets me know when he arrives. I find this to be a great plus. I would gladly recommend him and Terminix to any of my neighbors, however, many of them are already customers.
