We feel confident in his work and he always makes sure that we are satisfied with the services performed and the safety of our home from a pest-free perspective. He's also just really pleasant to deal with and that makes a difference!

Have had Terminex service for over 20 years and never had a complaint. In my opinion Shawn Burgess has been the most efficient technician of all. Always on time for the appointment, does a thorough job and is pleasant. This is true for both the quarterly visit and the annual termite check. Terminex is a great rep for the company.
