I like how I have the same technician every time. He calls me when it’s time to reschedule and comes that day at the time of appt. instead of giving me a 2 or 4 hour window that I have to wait for. I know exactly when he will be here.
Our Technician, Matthew has been great. Within 2 months he came over to service our house quite a bit. Summertime around here we always get little black ants. He was diligent about getting rid of them. Took extra care and time until they were gone. We always recommend Terminix to people because they gave us what we paid for- no more ants!
