This is a new agreement for us with Terminix in NC. Every service and cost was presented up front through phone contact with Tiffany and then again with our onsite technician Austin. Both of these representatives were very friendly and excellent at their jobs (apparently, Austin isn't even our regular technician moving forward). Tiffany arranged a schedule for us in a tight window, and everything went as scheduled.Thank you...
