Been in current home 11 plus years and our technician Brian is always cheerful, polite and helpful. We have had no problems all the years we have been here so I know Brian is doing a good job.
While doing yard work I had an encounter with wasps. Since my husband is highly allergic, work had to be postponed. A call was placed to Terminix and they responded very quickly and took care of the problem.
I was not at home at the time of the service. My husband said the technician was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.
Quick response by Tyler to resolve the ant issue in the kitchen. Tyler is professional, knowledgeable and has a caring personality. 10+
