I appreciate the level of customer service. There was a problem initially when I tried to set up an air conditioning preventative maintenance appointment with AHS. The AHS representative followed up with me with several phone calls to ensure that my contract was correct. The woman was very helpful and diligent. I wish I had written down her name because she went above and beyond to get to the bottom of why my contract had not been updated to reflect the preventative maintenance contract on an additional air conditioning unit.
Additionally, the air conditioning technician, Mr. Jim Rankin, from North Valley Mechanical, was great. He was extremely thorough and conducted himself in a professional manner. We have had preventative maintenance done on our a.c. units, before, but never to the degree that was performed this time.
We are pleased with having taking out this additional coverage.
