Customer service people have always been great. Today, August 14, 2012, was the first time I encountered a not so pleasant customer service person with Amer. Home Shield. Sometimes, the company is really good, however, the employees can give it a bad reputation.

FAST SERVICE Good contract. When service is needed right away service is provided. Excellent service from the tech staff. Operators on the phone are always kind and considerate to my needs. I do recommend the service to friends and family.
