If you are taking about appliances well they could be upgraded & cost could be less to the homeowner. If you are talking about your services they I have no problem with the qulaity of care you yo give. Anything else, well, I don't don't know about.

I have been very pleased with the service we have received over the years. Generally, those you sent were professional and did the job correctly the first time. One exception; last week (or maybe the previous week) I took out a Maintenance plan with you all and someone from A-1 Affordable Care was supposed to call me and set up a time for them to come out. As of today, I have not received a call.
I just had my first experience today. So far everyone has been great.
