I love that the website is so easy to use. The teachers are skilled and friendly, everything works smoothly and on time. Most of all I love the large number of classes, making it easy to find a class at any time if you have a complicated schedule.

All of the instructors with whom I’ve had classes with teach a cohesive flow and routine. All of the instructors teach in a structured environment without sacrificing too much of their individual style.

Classes are a good level of difficulty and have an amazing variety! I also think the class schedule is extremely convenient!

My experience was amazing. I can't remember the instructor's name but she is the one who teaches the Yoga Sculpt class on Sunday mornings. She is so welcoming and kind. The playlist and energy were amazing.

Each class has been challenging yet rewarding in its own right. Teachers are friendly and supportive.

Heated rooms, everything was nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Showers available which is a huge plus. Glad I’m getting back into my practice at this studio.
