As my first core power class (and first yoga experience since before the pandemic started) I quickly fell in love. The instructor (Tyler) was supportive, personable, and made the space so welcoming. Taking a new exercise class alone can be intimidating, but I felt like I was exercising with a friend! Feeling great after my class and can’t wait to see Tyler again!!

I love Phillip's energy and style of teaching. I normally don't sweat so much and I was pouring down sweat in the first ten minutes! The check-in process was easy and everyone was very welcoming at the front desk.

CP is a go to for me, the studio perfecty balances traditional yoga practice, with a great workout, amazing playlists and good vibes.
Love how we don’t have to wear masks and checking vaccines. Teacher playlist was great. Wish there were complementary towels for shower and razors !
