Great powerful quick class
I liked that everyone was cheerful and respectful and so loving and helpful. I haven't tried the extreme as of yet but the beginner class of yoga helped me alot with my busy life.

Studio and teachers wonderful. A $20 NYC extra charge for monthly members from elsewhere seems excessive. $10 would be reasonable.
It was a great class, and the teacher’s playlist was fantastic. The hour flew by and I left feeling rejuvenated.

The Village studio is great. It is clean and it feels like an escape from the city streets. However, CorePower classes are always made great by the teacher. Kim S. was a great teacher! She knew what she was talking about and had a playlist that matched her energy. I will definitely be coming back for Kim S. class when I am back in NYC.

I really love the sculpt method…that mix of cardio and strength is awesome. Connor’s class was transformational! He not only transforms the physical with his amazing energy but the spirit body as well with his wise anecdotes and reflective motivation! Love him!
Love! But I don’t love the updated floor spacing the did a few not the ago, feels too crowded
