The best yoga/pilates studio at west village so far. The cue in the class is so clear, the instructors respecting boundary, the location is awesome. As long as my schedule allowing me to attend classes, I will go to this studio.

LOVE KHORI he is the best instructor hands down
The studio is great and the instructors are excellent. I have one piece of feedback which is maybe just specific to me but sometimes during a demanding pose, it is nice just to sit in that pose and deal with it internally. Some classes, it feels like the instructor is talking for every second of the entire 60 mins, which can be distracting at times. Maybe thats just a personal preference.
p.s. Arthur is the GOAT
It was a tough class. I brought my friend with me and she tried yoga sculpt for the first time and liked it. She did struggle a little bit with some of the terminology but would definitely go again. I liked that the studio itself was clean and a decent size compared to other locations.
Sarah was amazing, she walked me through the studio as it was my first time there!

Clean and everyone was really nice. I had to step outside at one point bc I couldn’t catch my breath in my first sculpt class and someone immediately came up to me to ask if I was ok!
