They're always kind and professional. Had a bit of a problem with my oil plug in the pan. It was really rounded and was almost impossible to take off. They had none in stock so they had to go to another dealership to pick one up. Sad part is I get all my service done for the last 12 years at that dealership. Hope the mechanic who did the last oil change was told about it.
I think the lounge was comfortable. I didn’t like that the only thing on the TV was a car auction.
