Have been taking my vehicle here since purchasing it there for all service needs. My advisor Kenydal is awesome, professional and great customer care. I recently moved to new area and was going to take vehicle to another Don Franklin location that is close to my new home. Well, that never happened as after one phone call I felt a difference in customer service and didnt feel welcomed at this location. So, I drive 80 miles to the Glasgow location where I feel comfortable with knowing service is done right and customer service is top notch.

How the sales person wasn’t pushy. She didn’t try to get me to get in a vehicle I wasn’t interested in. She was very polite and very helpful. It was a stress free time and everything couldn’t have went any better.
