I believe the nature of people’s concerns are handled to the best of the employees ability. Cars, and trucks are machines and sometimes it takes a minute to figure out what the issue is. The developers at automobile factories are not always helpful when it comes to a dealer mechanic. I have been treated very well of course when you get as old as I am a lot of problems are understood better than the past.

When I bought my car in 2016 I got a lifetime warranty on power train as long as it is serviced at Don Franklin that takes a lot of worries off my table especially in today’s world of planned obsolescence
