I would definitely recommend Don Franklin to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. The market is crazy right now, but Mr. Nik Sorrell was a tremendous resource throughout the whole process. He communicated effectively and efficiently, he was thorough in answering my questions, and if he didn’t know something, he asked for assistance while I was present. That kind of humility and personableness made my experience all the more rewarding as I felt like I got honest service, and in the end I got a great vehicle at the price I was looking for.
Car shopping can be quite intimidating, and at times, frustrating, but I don’t have anything but positives to reflect on with this experience. Nik was great, J.D. from finance was super pleasant to work with, and Mr. Jason Alexander from the service department is a truly good dude. I had a wonderful experience at Don Franklin in Glasgow, KY!
