While I was out of the country, I was always able to easily and quickly speak with a team member. They were responsive and patient with my 'trouble-maker.' My dog can be a handful, yet this team was able to expertly manage her.
The team was also very co-operative when I arranged for a third-party pick-up at the 11th hour. I'll be able to book many more vacations knowing dog sitting will not be an issue.
Friendly staff
Camp Bow Wow takes great care of our Kino (yellow lab), and he loves going. The staff are all dog people and relate well to the animals, and they are friendly and efficient with us. I visited several doggie day-cares, and CBW was far and away better than the other ones I saw. They really care for the dogs and give them great care. We have boarded Kino, and that has worked out very well also.
