Friendly staff, quick drop offs and pick ups.
Heather and her staff are always so polite, professional, and so accommodating. We have been taking for fury friends there for years and years and would never think about going anywhere else. Our fury friends get so excited when we pull up to the front of Camp Bow Wow and seem like they are mad at us when we pick them up to bring them home.

I love that I get a detailed report every time I pick my dogs up from an overnight stay. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy their job and they're really nice to their customers. The video camera option on the app is helpful and I love that there are always pictures of my dogs enjoying themselves.

The owner Kimberly is hands on and gr8. The employees are nice, friendly and care about your dog. Yes I would recommend to anyone. Been going there since it first opened and I had 2 dogs. Still go, but have one. Love it!
I liked that you separated dogs by size and always had someone with them. We downloaded your app and my daughter loved logging in to check on Sammy. I also loved that Sammy was bathed before we picked her up. Lovely! Highly recommend!
They truly care about all the dogs and know their needs and personalities. The feedback after a boarding stay is detailed and I pick my dogs up knowing they have been loved and well taken care of.
