I really like that the staff know both my name and my dog's name - very welcoming! The premises are kept spotless and odorless as much as possible - both inside and out.
The wide range of services from overnight boarding, doggy daycare, training and grooming are very accessible and convenient.
The staff are so friendly and caring and the owner/manager Linda Burkett does a fantastic job and is so caring for everyone - including the customers, dogs and staff. I've recommended people to use Camp Bow Wow and they've come away impressed as well.

I love that I don't have to worry about my dog when she is there. Having the webcams, and being able to see that she is okay makes me feel so much better about leaving her there. My husband and I also love reading her report card, they are always so cute.
I like that my fur baby doesn't sit in his kennel all day and has time out to play with other dogs. I like that the kennel is clean and that he gets well taken care of so I don't have to worry about him. I also like that I am able to see him in the play area.
We loved everything about Camp Bow Wow. I especially enjoyed the tour and was so happy so see how clean everything is. We will initially be using it for day boarding but would have no issue overnight boarding. It was especially helpful that we could view Charlie via our smartphone too. Everyone is so friendly and I could tell they really loved dogs.
