The convenience
Everyone at Camp Bow Wow really cares about the dogs and enjoys their company. Our dog has stayed there for several weeks while we have been in Europe and we have felt confident that he has been well taken care of. They have followed our directions exactly. He has required numerous medications, teeth brushing, a special diet, and even wearing a cone. Also, we like being able to see him on the camera every day to check on him. In addition, our vet has recommended the facility and works closely with them. I would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!
Moon is always excited to come back, even after being at camp for days!!! You guys treat him so well he's so happy about coming back time and time again.
Very well managed & maintained. Lots of consistent cleaning & pleasant boarding area. Our puppy had a great time and look forward to more visits.

Hi! Your staff is marvelous. I was a 'worried Wanda' and kept emailing asking where Jozie was. I had not boarded in a while and didn't know there was a new A and B rotation system. My husband was getting tired of me worrying and just kept feeding me more whiskey. lol (We don't leave our dogs very often). The email was promptly returned explaining why Jozie was taken out of the daycare- which made my husband happy.

I really like the Camper Cams! It’s very reassuring to see your dog interacting and having fun with other dogs! I like how easy it is to use the app to make reservations and order additional services.
The staff, indoor/outdoor and water play. The attention my puppy gets and how excited he is to go and how exhausted he is at the end of the day from playing

Ruby is so happy when she goes there and comes home with such great habits and new behaviors. I do watch her often on the webcam(Can't help myself) and I love how well she is taken care of and the socializing she gets to do with different dogs

Polite and courteous service. Juno came home happy and tired. Only issue was no front desk person when I picked Juno up, no big deal though.
