I love the staff and how awesome they are with my dog Archer. He always receives a warm welcome and I get great feedback on his stays there. I like the ability to see him playing on the cameras. The app is great for scheduling too. I also love the creative activities you guys come up with. Archer is always happy when we arrive so I know he enjoys coming to play and stay.
The staff are so good to Seamus and he loves to go there.

The managers and staff are the most amazing people. Means so much to me how they care about my dog when she is there. When I board her I do not have to worry at all. Love the people and the service.
This is a first class operation. Everyone loves their jobs and they are amazing with our dogs..The place is always clean. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
My dog is always happy to go to camp. It is a place I feel he will be safe and cared for.
You put up with Walter and even tried to give him a bath, which didn't happeen because Walter was too scared. You treat him well.
That the dogs get plenty of group exercise and interaction. I don't use the camera function. If I trust you with my dog, I don't need to be checking.
In the 3 times i have gone in I have been greeted with a smile. I can tell my pup is happy and i can view him on the cameras and see he is having a blast. He is extremely tired at the end of the day but when I ask him if he wants to go to camp he runs yo the door.

I was told that Wicket nipped new dogs entering the room. You put her in "time out" which
worked. Instead of telling me that you didn't want her to return, you handled the problem.

The workers are really nice and always welcome my dog Nala whenever we come in. The hours of operation are great because they open earlier than most doggy daycares and close later than other daycares. My dog gets super excited when we get off the freeway because she knows exactly where we’re going. It keeps her busy all day and gets her energy out. When she gets home, she’s ready for bed! So glad I found camp bow wow!
My puppy loves coming to Camp Bow Wow!! She is always so excited to get there, and the staff are so great with her :) I'm so grateful to have a place I trust for days that I'm out of town. Thank you! 💖

Staff always treats my Marty like family.
Everyone one so friendly and helpful. I appreciated them saying hello to my dog as he walked in the door by his name. I appreciated the acknowledgment. I also enjoyed the card I received to let me know how he did during cuddle time. My dog truly enjoyed his time there.
We love that Camp Bow separates its space and groups dogs by their size.
Also the dogs are able to go to the outside area as they like.
Staff friendliness
