Friendly staff, clean facilities, early open and late closing hours. This is a great place that we have no problems leaving our dog.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I'm amazed how much my dog Morning loves going to Camp Bow Wow. She trots up to the door with her tail wagging and is happy to see the the staff everyday. Morning has become more relaxed and friendly with both people and other dogs. I'm so glad we brought her to Camp Bow Wow.
There seemed to be good supervision for a first-time camper and I was relieved that my little camper loved it. I liked watching her through the app on the internet. And I loved getting a "report card" on her first camping experience.

They always remember my guy even when it's been awhile since we've attended camp, and they treat him super well. This most recent visit they even managed to clip his nails, despite his typically twitchy nature about having his feet touched.
Maalouf is always eager to join his SLC friends when we come for our annual winter visit. He seems to have a great time!

Camp Bow Bow is great and my dog Noodles loves going there. He stays there over night and does not want to come home. He gets to play with other great dogs and the staff are very caring of my baby. He follows his schedule and they make sure he gets attention. They offer great services and my dog always come back to me clean and tired from a great day of play or an over night stay.
The facility is decorated so cute and also so clean and organized I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting our dog Jax relaxed allowing him to enjoy playing with other dogs his size. He seemed to be very happy to see us but not at all distraught and he was a happy tired. I'm looking forward to using Camp Bow Wow in our travels across the states in our motorhome when we need day care. We only hope the other facilities are just as nice and the staff is accommodating as your location.
I was hoping all the locations used the same information we provided and their comments but I understand we can call Temecula location and they can send our notes as to not have to go through the orientation each time. This would be so helpful for people out on the road traveling.
I can watch my puppy from anywhere. She's gotten so friendly with all the dogs at Camp Bow Wow which when she started going there did not happen. I also love the fact that when I bring her home, she's so tuckered out.

Staff is always happy to see my dog and address her by name. They treat every dog that comes in like it’s their own. Plus, Bella comes home tired from playing all day.
The staff is fabulous. The place is spotless. Ease of drop off with no appt required, works great for those with unplanned needs for care. This place has been a lifesaver for me and my dog with separation anxiety.
