I like the length of the program and that practices are provided
Coach Jager is great, knowledgeable, caring, supportive. Everything you'd want from a youth coach. The whole team and my daughter Elisa attained assessable progress over a short amount of time together with Coach Jager. Facility at Andersen MS and the staff overseeing there provide great family atmosphere yet with good competitions.
Friendly, positive, and well organized
I attend a body pump class twice a week. I love the instructor. She keeps you motivated. I need to try other classes but everyone I have met who works there are very nice.

When you are able to take a class or join a group it is worth the membership and the fee

I like the water classes and the various wonderful instructors the Y has. I have attendeded several other classes and have found them very enjoyable and relaxing. It is a great place to get in shape and keep tht way.
The Y provides a large variety of programs with well trained instructors. Living in Valley, I am grateful that the facility is so close. Staff is friendly, They provide great kids activities. I only wish the pool was open for longer hours, especially in the summer.
Love the classes and camaraderie! Also a really nice weight room and cardio equipment and pool. The gym and spinning room could use a deep clean though and fresh paint job. Cobwebs and marks on the walls.
