I like that there are many programs and activities geared toward seniors. The social aspects are.important to some as well as the physical exercise.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Great staff, always well maintained. Only wish is that they add another night class other than HIIT cycle on Thursday nights. I'm not a stationary bike person.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the zero gravity pool. Safe way to play with 2 ry old grandson.

I also like the workout area. Never crowded and nice and cool in there.

Linda in the Child Watch is very helpful and friendly to my grandson as he acclimates to that setting while my daughter gets a much needed workout and exercise.
